The house has four bedrooms featuring a mix of full, queen, and king beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. A stunning post and beam home with over 3500 square feet across three floors. Two bathrooms offer both showers and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day on the lake or exploring the Lake Champlain islands. The peaceful setting invites you to unwind, while the spacious interior keeps things comfortable throughout your stay. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this tranquil retreat provides a perfect balance of comfort and calm.
A family friendly home, you'll find books, board games, puzzles and toys for all ages. A kitchen that's well stocked for cooking family meals. While there is no air conditioning, the homes tends to stay cool by design, there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and curtains or shades. 65 inch Smart tv on the second floor available for your own streaming.
The best feature of this home is the outside! With direct easy access to Lake Champlain and a rare 165 feet of owned sandy beach. Extensive flat lawn perfect for games like football, soccer, croquet and cornhole. Ping pong table and kayaks available for use too!
Located in a small town but within walking distance to the local bake shop, restaurant and Alburgh recreational trail. Within 5 miles you will find the Alburgh Bargain Barn, Dollar General and gas stations.
Kelly Bay boat launch is 4 miles by road and 2 to 3 miles on the water.
The town of Swanton Vt is 10~ miles and offers more restaurants, shopping, Hannafords, Dollar General, Dunkin, Hardware stores, state liquor store, multiple gas stations,
Rouses Point NY is 5~ miles and has boat launches, marinas, restaurants. Canadian border crossing is just minutes away.
St. Albans Vt is 15~ miles and is the largest nearby town with lots to offer.
Take a drive on Route 2 or West Shore road through the Champlain Islands and enjoy multiple local restaurants and ice cream stops. Views of the lake are just amazing.
