There are four private bedrooms with four queen beds. The master suite is located upstairs and has a connected full bathroom with jetted tub and shower combination. We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture. Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The area is known for its walkable streets, historic adobe architecture, and a mix of students, professionals, and creatives. With easy access to parks, art galleries, and the famous Route 66 corridor, it’s a hub for those who want to experience Albuquerque’s authentic urban energy while staying close to major attractions and transit routes. Weekend Getaway The home was clean and the location was good. The layout of the house worked well for us. The overall decor of the home is also nice. A few things need some attention. The house itself was very clean and sweetly homey, we lived the lower level because it was basically an apartment. The hosts were quick and polite with their communication. This house was in the perfect location, as much of our plans were in the East Mountains.Our only complaints about the property were that there wasn't enough seating for indoor meals. It was a bit cold and windy while were there and four chairs at the kitchen table made us have to play musical chairs for eating breakfast.The main living area off the kitchen only has a 3 seater couch, so that also made it a little difficult to gather. It was difficupt for my husband to up and down the stairs so gathering in the lower level wasn't an option.The worst thing about the house is that the floors were pretty dirty. We typically don't wear shoes in the house, and we weren't able to go shoeless. Also, no one could really sit on the living room floor because of it.The linens on the beds were all super lightweight. We ended up having to buy extra blankets for our stay because it basically felt like we had only a sheet on us at night.Other than that, we were pleased by the atmosphere of the home. Having seen others say there weren't enough towels, we brought extra of our own, but there were plenty. We were grateful for the electric kettle as several of us had bad coughs while we were there, and needed to make tea.
