The room had exactly what we needed and was convenient to I25 and the airport. There is construction on the main road, so some delays there, but nothing you can't work with. Restless nights guaranteed. Stay away!!! Not trustworthy host. I first arrived on my own earlier than the check in time and Steve, the landlord, was very accommodating. When I went into the room, I only noticed that the noise from the furnace was a little loud but it didn’t turn on very often, so it was fine. When my husband arrived in the late afternoon, he immediately got severe allergy symptoms as he is allergic to cats and dogs. He took medication but it only partially helped. As it was a cold night, the furnace kept going on and on and on and it was extremely noisy. Between my husband’s allergy symptoms and the furnace, we couldn’t get any sleep. We talked to Steve and he said that there was nothing he could do and he agreed to reimburse the other 3 nights as it was never disclosed in the listing that there were cats on the premises. However, instead of receiving a reimbursement, Steve changed the price of one night to the full price of the 4 nights I paid and I didn’t get any reimbursement! It was the most expensive night I have ever stayed in Albuquerque! Way more expensive than at a 5 stars hotel!!! ##### Aída A.
