The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This spacious home is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance. The house provided lots of space, with 5 beds total. We were impressed with the updates in the home and it was very clean. The only con was bugs. We had 7 people in our group. Three grown-ups and four 18 year olds for their senior trip. This was the perfect location for a quick overnight stay. Right by the highway, so easy access. My main complaint was the ceiling damage that we feared was going to fall down on us. There was excessive ceiling damage and mold under one of the falling areas. There was a broken fan hanging precariously in great room that we worried was also going to fall on us. Some areas were dirty (the banquette bench) however the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was not the best. There were a few issues with things like the ceiling having water damages and vents. There was a switch outlet that had no cover so the wires were exposed.
