Pets We are children and dog friendly, sorry no cats or other animals. You must inform the owner if you are bringing a pet to the house. There is a Pet Fee of $200.00 for the entire stay for up to 2 dogs, each additional dog is $100.00 There will be an additional $200.00 for pets that have not been pre authorized by the owner before check in.

Winter Months The pool is not heated during the months of Nov 1st through March 31st. If you would like to have the pool heated during the winter there is an additional fee.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the private fenced yard. The designated parking area is shared with other units on the property.

Other things to note
Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
