This home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stays. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. The home features one master bedroom with a king bed, 55" smart television, connected bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Two other bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with light blocking curtains and We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture. Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The area is known for its walkable streets, historic adobe architecture, and a mix of students, professionals, and creatives. Start with the location, perfect. We were less than 10 minutes drive from our sone at school, Old Town and so much more. Kust off the highway made it easy. Loved that we had use of the garage, each room had its own patio. The open concept living area and kitchen made visiti g so easy, pleanty of seating. The master shower was beautiful. Having a TV isln eash bedroom was greayt. A few cons, the master bed was a bit tall for a shorty like me (5'2"). More towels for the downside bathroom a bigger coffee pot, and end tables by the sofa and beds would be helpful. We will absolutely be back. ##### Denise B.
