This home also features a 2 car garage 4 Comfortable Bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. Plenty of space for family and friends to unwind. Bathrooms: stocked with soap/shampoo, qtips, hairdryer, towels Bathroom 1 - off master bedroom: Standing shower, 1 sink Bathroom 2 - off the central hallway: tub/shower combo, 1 sink Kitchen: \-Fully equipped with new appliances: stove/oven, Fridge w/icemaker, dishwasher \-Traditional coffee maker, Local Pinon coffee, creamer & sugar \-Stocked with dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans Traveling with a BABY? Swamp coolers are seasonal, they work during summer months only when temps are not freezing. Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog.
