The check in and check out process is so simple, communication with the host was excellent about a minor issue with the us knowing how to control the AC. The shower drain was not draining. The owner did a great job of trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we opted not to use the shower. Thankfully, we only live a couple hours away.
