Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week. ##### Jan B. We have visited the Albuquerque area at least once a year for the last 10 years and loved this location. Hiking, biking, restaurants, site seeing were all close by. The property had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed cooking meals and for a wonderful surprise, there is a fantastic park within walking distance. Our host, Jake, made the process very easy and checked on us to make sure we were doing well. ##### Mary A.
