The outdoor amenities were great, the hot tub and pool were wonderful for recovery dips after a game. The outdoor kitchen is where we spent our time for most meals at the house. From the get go communication was great. I had a bridal shower there. It turned out perfect beside the weather that Saturday. But that's no one's fault. I had enough beds so everyone could stay the night. We loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit. We used them all. And don't get me started on the pool table inside. We had games going at all times. We had a great stay. We absolutely loved the backyard, especially with the hot tub, inground pool, and fire pit. The yard also had a horn hole set with plenty of outdoor seating which was fantastic for enjoying the mountain views in the evening.The house layout is great with enough beds and full bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The pool was green, the outside chairs were not safe to sit in, too worn. We didn’t have enough towels or hand towels (13 of us). The garage has been converted into a bedroom and a bunk room. There is no heat and we froze the first night. Owner brought space heaters the next day. Basic amenities were lacking or missing, towels were washed and left in the washer mildewed. This place needs a good cleaning and some basic TLC. The owner was responsive to issues and I love the number of bathrooms and bedrooms.
