Welcome to Casa De Views, a huge private and rare contemporary estate having the BEST mountain view of the Sandia Mountains with city night lights. Casa De Views is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in the entire Albuquerque area.

When entering the property you are immediately captivated by the incredible views of the great Sandia mountains. The great room is one of the largest living rooms in Albuquerque and is perfect for entertaining. Several bedrooms have a beautiful view and the amenities are INCREDIBLE! This large private estate is situated on 5 acres and has the array of amenities that include: huge lagoon style (heated optional) pool with a spectacular big waterfall. Situated next to the pool is a huge pond with 4 large roaring waterfalls and koi fish. Enjoy the night under the stars next to the Kiva fire pit while listening to the waterfalls. Located on the 2nd level master patio is an exquisite "infinity style view" hot tub spa with the best mountain view, city lights, and view of the stars!

The property is complete with a putting green and more than enough room to host a gathering inside and outside! An incredible quality pool table, 2 ping pong tables, and 70" LED TV provide more than enough entertainment for you and your guests. Very fast 1GB internet! 2 indoor fireplaces and 1 outdoor fireplace.

The master bedroom is complete with a private terrace, incredible views, steamshower, large separate bathtub, and fireplace. For the Albuquerque and Santa Fe area, it does not get better than this! 4 total bedrooms that include 1 king, 1 queen, and 4 twin beds (two additional rollaway beds are also present). One of the most wonderful aspects of this home is the location. Just 15 minutes away from Albuquerque and 40 minutes away from Santa Fe, you can have the luxury of quickly and easily visiting both destinations! Please let us know prior to booking if you have any questions or requests to see if we can accommodate them. We are here to help you have a wonderful vacation!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time in Albuquerque. The house was great for a big family. We enjoyed all the entertainment options, pool, hot tub, basketball goal, corn hole, ping pong and pool. Thanks so much.

The outdoor space is unmatched. Views, pool, koi pond, putting green are great!!! Inside is spacious & beds comfortable. A few updates are needed inside but property worth the cost just to enjoy nature & fun outside!!!

Lots of amenities. Putt-putt, outside fire, pool, ping pong, pool table etc. Roomie and nicely between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Enjoyed our time here. Balloon fest and gallery shopping. Deferred maintenance is showing, but I am sure host will be on top of it

Grandson Graduation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-there was room for everyone and the family loved the pool, outside fireplace and the pool table! The views were absolutely amazing and beautiful. All family members had various places to hangout and their own privacy when they wanted. We would stay again since the location was very convenient, quiet and accessible. We were very near the graduation location and made wonderful memories. In addition, the Host was very responsive and always had kind words.

Incredible Experience

Every morning at 6:30 a.m. The sun rose over the mountains. The night sky was filled with stars and the moon was huge over the mountains. The house agent was very accommodating. Answered all questions and responded in a timely manner. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone who wants to have a relaxing enjoyable. Time at a truly remarkable home.

Excellent house for our family of five adults. The house and pool were just what we were looking for and as advertised. The property could use a little TLC but we would definitely come back again for our next visit. Overall a great stay.

Great Place

We stayed here for our boy’s little league baseball tournament. There were so many amenities it was we had a great time and didn’t want to leave. The sunrise the morning we left was unbelievable and the views were gorgeous!

Great Place for Visiting the Albuquerque Area!

We really enjoyed our recent stay here! The house was beautiful and well maintained, and had plenty of fun things to do to keep us entertained. The location also provided easy access to both the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas. In addition, the owner Andrew was super helpful and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. All in all, a perfect place to stay for visiting the Albuquerque area!

HIGHLY recommended!

The property is fantastic with amazing views. Very quiet neighborhood too. Loved the pool table, the gym equipment, giant fireplace, big kitchen, and TWO tv rooms. Also the internet worked great! And the outdoor area with the pool and pond are lovely. Instacart delivers groceries here as well as restaurants nearby so there was no need to leave the house. On top of that, they keep the place stocked with board games which was a nice touch. The owner is REALLY nice and always responded immediately. If you're spending any time in Albuquerque this is a great place to do it!

Fantastic views

This is a great place. Wonderful views morning, noon, and night. A truly a special place to enjoy the best NM has to offer; perfectly situated to Santa Fe, Old Town ABQ, and everything in between. The views of the sunrise and sunset over the Sandias alone make it all worth it.

Stunning Views!

This house really delivers on a spectacular view and sunsets! It was very clean, and when I had questions, the owner was very responsive and helpful. There were grocery stores and restaurants nearby which was really convenient. It was also very quiet at night for sleeping. And we loved the pool! Speaking of the pool, I would note that it doesn't have much for a shallow end. It goes from roughly 3.5 ft to 7 or 8 ft deep fairly quickly. My kids are all teenagers and good swimmers so this was actually a big plus for them, but I could see it being a minus for families with kiddos that are younger or uncomfortable in the water. And there were even pool noodles and a big inflatable swan and an orca whale! I would definitely stay here again!

Little piece of heaven

This house was such an amazing place to get away. We didn’t want to be out and about with covid so we literally didn’t leave the house. And we all felt like we had been on vacation at a resort. The pool and backyard are lovely, and so much fun stuff to do: ping pong, pool, board games, putting green. House is beautiful, the view is spectacular and we loved every minute.

Terrific Thanksgiving together

Cannot gush enough about this space! We needed a central location for our extended family (six adults and one toddler) to lockdown together, and we could not have chosen better! The place is immaculate, has tons of amenities (heated pool!), has a grand view of Sandia Peak, and was amazingly well provisioned. I would like to also brag on the host -- he was so responsive! I don't think I ever waited longer than 30 minutes for a reply to any question (before we showed up -- everything was easy and self-explanatory once we got there) and usually the response came within five minutes. This choice of places to stay made me a hero with the rest of the family. Thanks, AJ!
