The bed was very comfortable, great shower. There were 2 young people minding the desk, one drove the airport shuttle. Both were professional beyond their years. Very courteous and personable.

The pillows were too hard and the curtains wouldn’t close. That was both a privacy and a light issue. The shuttle to the airport was very prompt and helpful.

I can assure you are curtain do close, and if you needed assistance in finding the black-out curtains/closing the curtains in general, the front desk is available 24/7 to assist you. You did not ask for help, so we were unable to correct this issue for you.

1) Property is showing its age. 2) Standing water in the bathtubs - not draining properly. 3) Room door locks do not work consistently - known problem according to front desk attendant(s). Great location, close to the airport. Lots of places to eat. Close to highways (interstates).

We needed a clean, convenient place right near the airport for a very early flight. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They sent a shuttle out to get us at the car rental when we dropped our car off the day before our flight, and ensured that there was a shuttle at 4 AM for us to get to our flight on time. And sent us off with breakfast snacks. Even though it was only less than 2 miles from the airport, I didn’t hear any planes overhead during the night.

I booked this based on the excellent reviews. I stayed here with my family and although I felt safe, I wouldn't stay here again because of cleanliness and the fact that it is very motel like. The hot tub outside was cold and when we notified the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

In our documentation, it states that you did report the jacuzzi and maintenance staff was sent to assess the issue. The issue shows as had been fixed. I'm unsure of why you gave us the score we received but we hope that you find a hotel better suited for your needs.

Each room has black-out curtains. If you could not find these, the front desk staff are available 24/7 to assist with issues like these. It may have been overlooked in the booking process, but hotels with elevators will include this in their amenities section. Our hotel does not advertise an elevator, so it is no surprise that when you arrived, we did not have one.

Two things about our room should be noted. The door (215) was somewhat difficult to open and the toilet was “unsteady” on its base. On the whole however, the staff themselves were welcoming and very helpful.

Good stopover the night before flying out from Albuquerque Airport. Free airport shuttle and the drive is less than 5 minutes

There is a free 24 hour airport shuttle available, which we used on both of our stays. They picked us up at the airport at midnight and took us to the airport at 3:30am. Staff knew that airport security didn't open until 3:45am, which saved us going even earlier. These shuttles operate on the hour and half hour by request. Staff were cheerful and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was nice and included eggs, a breakfast meat, potatoes, waffles, a pot of oatmeal, and green chile sauce to spruce up the eggs. There is a Village Inn almost out front and a Waffle House less than a block down the street. The hotel has some food items for sale in the lobby. Bus 50, which connects the airport with the Alvarado Transit Center downtown, stops out front. It runs on the hour and half hour weekdays, less often weekends. It's best to check the schedule. We had short stays, but enjoyed being there.

I apologize for the parking. We have two lots available for parking, however on days where the hotel is sold out it may be an issue to find parking, especially if guests do not park their vehicles properly. One of the ways we try to prevent this is by letting guests know that if they take too many spaces in our lot, they may lose their incidental deposit.

I enjoyed my brief stay however every single aspect of WiFi or receiving ANY legitimate cell signal was like being in a Faraday Cage. Next to none. Which is why I reviewed it as such.

The facility was clean, beds comfortable and staff helpful in a location that appears safe. We were located in the rear building and found we could not connect to the wifi. Staff tried to help with no sucess. Includes a hot breakfast. We would stay here again.
