We had a great time at Patacona. We appreciate all the assistance we received from the office and Eva personally. The area is very safe, beach and surroundings are amazing. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk. We didn't need a car, but there is parking available. There are many restaurants, fruteria and supermarkets close by. We stayed at #3/2 apartment. It was very clean and spacious. The only one problem we had were keys. First of all, we had just one set, so, we had to always go together everywhere. The apartment's key looked like some kind of "medieval" type, and a couple of times we were not able to open the door, so, we had to find help.:) Besides that, we had a great time and hope to come back again someday.

Apartment excellent for family right by the sea
We had a great 4 nights at the apartment. 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in lounge so plenty of rooms for 3 adults and 2 children. Balcony useful to dry stuff. Dupermarket within building was useful for water and odd bits. Supermarket about 15 mins down the road had everything you vould need. We liked it quiet. More like a residential area but bars on beach open til sunset and quite a few restaurants around. Literally the beach is just across the road and weather was fantastic so spent all day there. Pool unfortunately was closed due to the storm the week before but sea was warm and calm in the mornings

Could have been better, but worth the price.
The instructions for check in were to call ahead, rather than just telling you where their office was located and to come there. We were switched to another nearby building, which ended up being nice, because it came with a parking space. We were given the wrong wrist bands for the pool, do each day we had to re explain to the lifeguards what happened, while they were telling our kids they needed to leave the pool area. Luckily they were gracious and let us stay since the office was unable to get us new bracelets. The room was nice, couch was pretty old and starting to flake off on the floor. Out of four stays on this trip, this was the only location that did not have a crib ready for our arrival. They did provide for the 2nd night. Pro Tip: definitely call ahead and make sure e everything you need will be ready. The listing made it doh d like this was a private owner, but it’s a company and their office was up one floor and back to the left side. The person at front desk can direct you.

Good near the Airport & all amenities
Good staff very helpful the Apartment is well equip w/ all Kitchen good if you like cooking! Linen is included also cleaning stuff! Is very good size bedroom w/ nice Balcony looking over Mountain & sea view is a bonus. We enjoyed Valencia city tour. Bus stop outside Petacona Green Flats(Bus 31)

Perfect location.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on floor 2 facing pool area. Accommodation adequate for our needs. A picture on the wall or a few ornaments would have given a more homely look but that's just a matter of taste. A kettle needed. Bus outside the door connects you anywhere with the city. Beach a few hundred yards away. Shop and restaurant on site Would come again.

Familienurlaub in schönem Appartement
Voll ausgestattetes Appartement mit seitlichem Meerblick. Gutes WiFi. Super Lage in einem ruhigem, sicheren Komplex. Sehr nah am Strand. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Lediglich das Doppelbett ist zu schmal für 2 Personen und daher etwas unbequem. Beistellbett im Kinderzimmer auch nicht optimal.

merece la pena volver
Un apartamento bonito,espacioso,muy bien ubicado,con buena corriente de aire para no asarte de calor y en el caso tienes aire acondicionado. Cama aceptable de comodidad y bastante grande,aunque las almohadas son INCOMODISIMAS. A una calle de la playa,a 10min en coche del Mercadona. Un poco lioso para encontrar el portal.Parking caro por lo que hay que mirar en las inmediaciones que aunque es dificil..hay sitio. La contraseña del wifi deberian darla cuando te dan las llaves. Respecto a menaje,faltaban sartenes(ya que solo tenian woks) y algún bol tambien habria estado bien,por lo demas muy equipado y con el detalle del pack balleta,estropajo y jabón.

Hemos estado muy comodos, como en casa. Tiene todas las comodidades que puedes necesitar. Muy buena orientación, te asomas a la terraza y estas viendo la playa. No daba el sol en el apartamento durante todo el día. Fresquito. Repetiremos seguro

De ligging van het appartement is geweldig. De staat waarin het verkeert iets minder. Er staat een half vergane kast op de badkamer. De douchekop kan niet worden opgehangen tijdens het douchen. Bedden zijn verre van comfortabel. Er staat als bank een slaapbank waarop je niet lekker zit maar ook niet lekker ligt. Wasmachine was smerig en heb ik eerst zelf schoon gemaakt. Appartement was verder wel schoon. Bij aankomst was het behoorlijk puzzelen waar we ons moesten melden. Stond slecht aangegeven.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Eerst een paar minpunten. Het zwembad was dicht (zal met seizoen te maken hebben). De wifi deed het niet altijd goed (maar so what, het is vakantie). De verlichting was niet erg sfeervol (tja...). Een bed kraakte. Nu waren wij met drie personen, maar met vier zou dit minder zijn geweest. Nu de pluspunten. Fantastisch appartement. Heel compleet, met vaatwasser, wasmachine, oven, magnetron et cetera. Fantastische locatie. Bijna aan het strand. Bus naar centrum stopt voor de deur en levert je in het centrum af. Kaartje kost 1,50 maar met enige moeite (10 rittenkaart) 0,80. Kleine supermarkt op een paar honderd met afstand, grote supermarkt op 1 a 1.5 kilometer. Ik geef het een 9.

Prima accomodatie
De accomodatie is uitstekend. De locatie is goed en een goede busverbinding nasr het centrum en andere locaties in de stad. Wel jammer dat er geen fietsverhuur en autoverhuur bij de accomodatie geregeld kon worden, hetgeen wel in de beschrijving van de accomodatie beschreven staat.

sarebbe stato bello se fossimo stati lì
il Patacona è un gran bel posto in una zona tranquilla vicino alla spiaggia, ma all'ultimo minuto ci hanno spostato in un posto diverso da quello prenotato in una zona super trafficata anche di notte e con cattivo odore e lontano dal mare

Appartement agréable donnant sur piscine.
Résidence très propre avec de bons services sur place (restaurant, épicerie, magasin de la presse). Plage agréable à 30m, bordée d'une belle promenade avec des cafés et restaurants. Bien placé pour accéder au centre ville de Valence.

Trevligt läge med fantastik utsikt över havet från alla rum. Fin badstrand och trevliga restauranger i absolut närhet. Personalen på hotellet förstår inte engelska vilket kändes lite jobbigt ibland, däremot inget problem med personalen i receptionen i angränsande byggnad.
