  • Precioso apartamento recién reformado con todo tipo de comodidades para sentirte como en casa. El apartamento está situado en un complejo residencial de máximas prestaciones y comodidades como piscina, cafeteria-restaurante, gimnasio, pistas de tenis, padel, mini-golf, parking subterraneo, etc. todo en un entorno idílico y seguro (vigilancia 24/7). La playa está a 50 metros y supermercados a un kilómetro. El paseo marítimo cuenta con múltiples restaurantes, cafeterías y transporte público. Piscina comunitaria abierta solo de junio a septiembre, ambos meses incluidos.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön gut aufgeteilt und sehr sauber. Es ist mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht und mehr, die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und die Küchenausstattung war hervorragen. Der Balkon mit Verglasung war super wir konnten jeden Morgen darauf das Frühstück zu uns nehmen. Die Tiefgarage war hervorragend und die Bushaltestelle war nur dreihundert Meter entfernt, die Linie 31 hat einen sofort in die Innenstadt von Valencia gebracht. Es wurden unsere Erwartung bei weiten übertroffen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es.
