It has a private parking and an impressive terrace that is divided into two zones, suitable for all seasons, where you can relax and enjoy whenever you want. 2 double rooms, big terrace, central air conditioning, WiFi, on the beachfront of La Patacona. 10 minutes by car from the historic centre of Valencia. The space: Luxurious apartment located on the avenue of Mare Nostrum, on the beachfront of La Patacona beach, an area with all the leisure and entertainment services for adults and children. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the beach, the warmth of the sun, the walks along the coast and the experiences that the city of Valencia offers. 10 minutes away from the historic centre by car. In its surroundings you will find a long promenade, a shopping centre, numerous restaurants with terrace and cafeterias. The views from the 2nd floor terrace were amazing. We weren't sure from the photos if we were going to be right on the beach or across the street, but it is right on the beach. The terrace is divided into 3 areas - the outdoor part next to the beach, an indoor part that was perfect for us to sit and view the beach when it was a little cool and rainy, and an open part where we were able to set up the clothes rack to dry our clothes after we laundered them. There was plenty of room for us to gather and the bedrooms were comfortable and had tons of storage! Antonio was EXTREMELY helpful! He met us at the apartment to give us the keys, show us where to park and how to get into the garage and how to get into the apartment. He showed us all around the apartment and then sat down with us with a map of Valencia and showed us sites, how to use public transportation, where to park our car if we chose to take it into Valencia city center, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us some history of the area. Our whole group wanted to take him with us for the remainder of our stay in Spain!!! We highly recommend this apartment! ##### Kelley K.
