Cozy apartment built in 2007, completely exterior and bright, in the ground floor, enjoy all the features needed for a wonderful holiday with family and children. The apartment size is 70 m² for up to 4 people. Provides, among other amenities, air conditioning, large terrace, communal garden (1,000 m2), saline clorination swimming pool (16x8) and private parking.
