Located in a residential area of Porticcio, less than 3 minutes from Agosta beach, the villa "Alzone 15" will make you benefit from an exceptional location thanks to the calm of this residence and the proximity to all amenities.  
  
Offering very beautiful volumes and very good services, it is composed as follows:  
\- on one level: a fully equipped kitchen, open to a very large living-dining room opening onto the terrace, two bedrooms (one with a 140 bed and the other with two 90 beds) each with a bathroom water and WC, and a separate WC;  
\- upstairs: two bedrooms (140 beds) and a bathroom with separate WC.  
8 beds: 3 beds in 140 and 2 beds in 90.  
  
The advantage of this villa: its breathtaking sea view, its very beautiful volumes and quality exteriors. The accommodation has an internet connection.  
  
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are included in the price. Only kitchen towels are not provided.

#### Vue exceptionnelle, mais...

La villa offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et des couchers de soleil splendides sur les Sanguinaires. Cependant cette immense villa n'est pas une construction récente et bon nombre de ses équipements et agencements présentent des dysfonctionnements ou dégradations liés à leur âge. Bien sûr, on peut s'en accommoder mais des remplacements ou remises à neuf seraient à prévoir. Les détails ne sont pas au niveau de qualité de l'offre globale. Ceci génère un sentiment d'insatisfaction.
