Trop cher compte-tenu du logement

La résidence est très bien située et la piscine est grande et peu fréquentée, ce qui est appréciable. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques. En revanche, le logement est sombre dû aux fenêtres très petites. Les deux chambres ne bénéficient pas de la climatisation qui se trouve dans la mezzanine. Une chambre a juste un petit velux situé au plafond, l'autre chambre possède juste une petite fenêtre étroite. Il faut par ailleurs se pencher pour tenir debout dans la mezzanine. La fenêtre de la salle de bain est condamnée par un plexiglass, il y a seulement quelques trous pour l'aération.

Location sympathique

Le propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant, il a répondu à toutes mes questions et très rapidement avant le séjour. La location très sympathique, telle qu'elle est décrit, très bien équipée, avec sa plancha et sa belle terrasse , et au calme , très bien situé . Nous avons passés un agréable sejour dans cette location , il y a juste un petit point qui m'a beaucoup embeter et du coup un peu déçu, j'ai mis un peu plus chère dans la location que j'ai choisi car je voulais qu'il y ai une piscine, mais la piscine n'était pas accessible car elle était en travaux et surtout on ne nous a pas prévenu avant , on l'a su le jour où l'on est arrivé, j'estime que l'on aurait du être prévenu et un geste commercial aurait du être fait . Mais sinon je recommande cette location .

Porticcio ou Albitreccia

Apres avoir passé un sejour agréable, je tiens à signaler que le procédé d'entrée et de sortie pratiqué par la propriétaire nous a laissé dubitatifs. Il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux en entrant mais nous avons laissé un chèque de caution de 250 euros malgré tout. Nous n'avons pas effectué de vérification avec la propriétaire à notre départ et cette dernière n'a pas voulu contrôler l'état de son appartement en notre présence. Elle a conservé le chèque en nous expliquant qu'elle vérifierait l'état des lieux après notre départ alors que nous pouvions le faire ensemble avant notre départ. Mon chèque a bien été annulé mais je trouve cette méthode très limite sachant qu'à tout moment celui-ci peut être débité sans que je ne puisse savoir pourquoi. Il faudrait généraliser l'état des lieux entrant et sortant en présence des locataires ce qui éviterait ce désagrément. ⁰

Très beau séjour

Bien que dans un ensemble avec beaucoup d'appartements, l'appartement en question bénéficie de calme et le balcon est conçu pour éviter les vis-à-vis. Son atout majeur est sa situation : en face de la piscine de la résidence (mais assez loin pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit), et à 200m d'une belle et longue plage, avec quelques commerces en bordure de plage. On peut faire un saut à la piscine ou à la mer quand on veut, c'est génial !

Magnifique séjour à Porticcio/plage

Propriétaire très sympathique et de bon conseil. Appartement propre, fonctionnel et confortable (notamment la literie de qualité, cuisine très bien équipée, terrasse très agréable sans vis à vis). La grande piscine est un vrai plus et se situe à 10 mètres de l’appartement. Commerces et belles plages à proximité.
