Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi available for an extra fee (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a smart TV with streaming services, and a washing machine.

You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, a children's pool, and a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot. Public transport is within walking distance.
