  • Nice and modern 40m2 apartment on the private garden level in a residence with caretaker and swimming pool (open from June to October)

     Equipped kitchen open to the living room

     (induction hob - small dishwasher - combined microwave oven - Fridge freezer - Espresso coffee machine - kettle, toaster, dishes)
    Hot drink available (coffee, tea, herbal tea)

    Living room: sofa bed, television, wifi box

    One bedroom with large closet - wardrobe - 160x200 bed

    The accommodation is very bright, it has just been refurbished

    Access for cars with electric gate and pedestrians with a pass because the residence is very secure

    The residence is very quiet, with its free swimming pool it almost feels like on vacation

    I do not charge cleaning fees but the minimum must be done: emptied garbage cans, cleaned toilet, work plan and kitchen table wiped
    (if too dirty I will retain the cleaning costs on the deposit)

Je n'ai pas pu bénéficier de la piscine de tout mon séjour, bien que cette prestation soit comprise dans le prix. Par ailleurs, le petit espace vert est noté clôturé dans l'annonce sur Abritel, or ce n'est pas le cas, loin de là ! Toutes les personnes des immeubles de la résidence, ainsi que les voisins à gauche comme à droite, désirant accéder à la piscine, et ne voulant pas faire le tour, peuvent entrer comme ils veulent dans le jardin, un passage ayant été aménagé, ce qui fait que nous n'avons aucune intimité ni de sécurité, l'appartement se trouvant au rez-de-chaussée.

Herzlicher Empfang von unseren Gastgebern. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir hatten eine Woche puren Fahrspass🏍️🏍️ Berge, Kurven...Hammer Gegend, freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute überall,abends tolles Essen... Fondue Savoyarde. Wir kommen wieder.

Une climatisation serait intéressante. Sinon bcp de moutiques on n'a pas pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse...dommage ! Malgré tout nos balades en montagne étaient magnifiques avec un temps superbe.

Superbe appartement, décoré avec goût. Propre avec tout se qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Petite terrasse très agréable pour prendre son petit-déjeuner et plus... bain de soleil pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Bien situé pour visiter la région, faire de belles balades, du vélo ou bien pour se reposer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, trop court... nous y reviendrons certainement.
