The property is new and the breakfast was perfect for what we needed in the morning before we started our day. The water pressure was a little low and it took longer to shower but that was the only big issue we had.

The best option in Albertville!
We stayed at this hotel for nearly a week as we were in town for a funeral. We found the property and room to be exceptionally nice and the staff very friendly. Some of the highlights: The Property - pet friendly with lots of grass outside for walks - large dining area for breakfast, which is open to 10am - a very nice fitness room - a pool (though we didn't use it) - ample parking - on site shop for snacks and necessities The Room (Kimg suite) - srylish, clean and well-maintained - spacious, with separate living space, comfortable sofa - loved all the hooks for hanging your coats and whatnot (more hotels should do this!) - mini fridge and microwave were very convenient - large bathroom with huge walk-in shower - seemed like there were lots of tv channel options Cons: - the bed was a bit hard on my back - the pillows were not firm enough for support (should have just brought my own) - we couldn't open the window's shade... not sure if that was by design though On the whole, we will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town. We definitely appreciated having such nice, pet-friendly option available to us!

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was awesome and the rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. When we needed anything, they sent someone immediately. Great Place. Highly recommend.

Nice facility but poor housekeeping
New facility and very nice and convenient location. However, the room had not been cleaned when we were gone and no towels were replenished. Also the body lotion was almost out in the tube they had for us. Potatoes at breakfast were still frozen.

Exceeded all expectations!!
Very pleased with our stay! Spent only me night to catch a concert. Opened just about a year, the Fairfield still has that “new hotel smell”. Staff was gracious, room was spacious, clean, and bed very comfortable. Love the blinds that block out the sunlight (for those late sleepers). Best surprise is that there is a free breakfast for 4 hours with hot and cold offerings. Very yummy - and not advertised on its website. Additionally, microwave and fridge in room - which do not appear as amenities on its site, and check out time was noon - an hour later than advertised. All good things for sure! We really loved the hydration station on each floor to get filtered water rather than having to bring in bottled water. Overall experience was better than expected and much better than experienced at other equally priced hotels. Adding to my favorites for repeat business!!!

The people at the front desk were so kind. My room was always spotless, and they always asked if I needed anything whether I was walking in or out of the hotel. I will never stay anywhere else other than this hotel when I go home to visit family.

This hotel is nice. The only issue we had was the beds are super rock hard and we didn’t sleep well at all. They have good breakfast and helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and it appeared to be in great condition (which it should be given it hasn’t even been opened for a year). However, when I went to shower the next morning, I had no hot water. I tried multiple different things and waited to see if the water would heat up but it never did. I have never stayed in a hotel where I didn’t have hot water for a shower. Not to mention, there was not a lot of people staying there that weekend. That was extremely disappointing especially given the Marriott name. And once again this hasn’t even been opened for a year.

When I went to check in, I gave them my reservation number from hotels.com and they ended up charging me twice for the room on my credit card at the hotel so I’ve got charged $158 from hotels.com and 140 from the hotel that I’m checking into I’m trying to get a refund now but that sounds like a shady deal at this hotel. I would not recommend anybody staying there.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Everything was very nice, quiet, and clean. I would have preferred we had a full length mirror in our room. My only complaint is that we had to pay $20/day to park at the hotel we were already paying to stay in, which is completely ridiculous. Who is the parking lot for, anyway???
