Relax in the cozy living room or cook a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. With a king size bed, queen size sofa bed and a private backyard, this home is perfect for a solo work trip, couple retreat or small family looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Book now and experience the best of both worlds – modern amenities and a touch of historic charm! • There is a long-term renter that occupies the upstairs. Please respect their privacy and keep noise and disturbances to a minimum as mutual respect goes a long way. • The stairs that go up to the deck are for the upstairs tenant. Do not go up the stairs. • Checkout is 11AM unless otherwise agreed upon by the host. • Pets must be agreed upon by the host prior to bringing a pet onsite. There is a pet fee. One pet under 25lbs is allowed per host approval. • Pets are to be with the owner or always kept in a kennel. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended with free reign of the space. • Pets that bark constantly are not allowed as this will create a disturbance for the tenant. • Smoking of any kind is not allowed. • Parties or events are not allowed. • Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed to enter the property. Any visitor of the guest must be approved by the host. This is due to insurance liability. • Quite hours are from 10PM until 8AM. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, dishes and appliances. The stove runs on gas. The heat pumps made the air comfortable and easy to use. There is not a lot of noise.
