"This is my favorite place to stay in Florida and I am very particular! 2 great bars, A very good restaurant, great pool and first class staff make this place almost unbeatable!"

"This was our first stay here for a quick staycation. The location was amazing; everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. The hotel itself was very modern feeling and clean. I was unhappy however that the rooftop was closed and I was told it was only for private events. We just wanted to go up and enjoy the view and maybe have a drink, but weren’t allowed. Really disappointing, as there’s no other outdoor space at the property. The website shows all of these luxurious colorful bath products on the homepage, but what you really get is a half full Equate soap dispenser from Walmart. It was honestly the weirdest thing. SUCH an easy thing to swap out which would give the hotel a much classier feel. Also, there were a few cups in the room which were the tiny styrofoam kind I remember at church as a kid. So weird! Again, such a small detail but it gives a low class vibe. I feel that with a few tiny fixes this would be a more attractive place to stay."

"Hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms. Unfortunately my stay was soured with poor service in the main cafe in the lobby. Beautifully presented cafe with very poor customer service tarnished my visit. Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. Staff attending folks on arrival are excellent and were visibly frazzeled also that my issues could not be resolved faster. I appreciated their concern."

"Not what we expected when we first pulled up. The hotel has an older look to it but looks to be remodeled and updated. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. They have two nice pools and a small beach area. The hotel grounds were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the sky bar and food there. There is a restaurant on the premises but we didn’t try it. I would definitely stay here again."
