This lead to a complete misunderstanding of the structure of the block and we only sorted it out with the help of residents. "All staff we dealt with from signing in, the lounge and the dining room were amazing. Thank you for all you did to make our stay such a wonderful experience. The palace is definitely out of the way to get to but is worth the drive. We were there in March so the gardens were just beginning to come alive but we’re still impressive. Wifi is not available in the bedrooms but is available in the bar/lounge area. "
