If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. • - PARKING: parking is provided in driveway in font of Houses and in front of the fire pit side by side.. Our Parking is suitable for sedans or SUVs. Boat Parking available if necessary. • - Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied. • - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. (Respect our property and our things) • HOT TUB RULES • NO Pregnant women, children and those with heart disease • ASK your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have medical condition • Don’t get in tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea • SHOWER off particles, oils, cosmetics, hair gels, etc…before getting in • CHECK the chemical strip and temperature (104 degrees or less) yourself • No drugs or alcohol use before or during • No pets, pee, or procreation allowed in the tub • Limit your soak to 15 minutes at a time • Keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water to avoid overheating • Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub • Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell • Close the lid when you are finished • Do Not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall • Cleaning: A cleaning fee is added for clean up at the end of your stay. If you need to schedule an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us and we will make this arrangement for you. Please schedule at least one day in advance. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are after 10pm • Check-Out Instructions: Load dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run. The beds were stripped with the linens laying on the floor dirty, dirty towels in the washer, the toilets, sinks and floors were all dirty. The lights in the kitchen would not come on. We messaged the host who then called and stated that his cleaner was on vacation and the dates had been missed by the cleaner. He could not get a cleaner to come in the same night and as we were 5 hours away from home, we spent our first night of vacation cleaning and washing linens/towels so we could sleep and shower. The host did apologize and promised to refund us 500 first thing in the morning. We did not see the refund the next morning and figured it could have been processing issues so on Monday we reached back out with no response and again on Tuesday with still no response. We still have not heard back and have not received any refund. The house has not been kept up as shown in the photos, the hot tub was dirty, and the grill did not work properly. So truly disappointing the host doesn’t have the decency to respond to our messages or to provide the refund that was promised. ##### hunter t.
