Our stay was okay overall, but there was a frustrating maintenance issue that was never resolved, and I hope the management will consider some form of compensation. When we entered the room, we noticed the desk lamp was not working. This was a significant problem because the room did not have a main ceiling light, so the lighting relied mostly on the lamps. We reported the issue to the front desk right away, and the staff said they would fix it. Unfortunately, nothing was done. During our stay, we went back to the front desk several times to remind them, but the lamp was still never repaired or replaced—even by the time we checked out. Because there was no main light in the room, the broken desk lamp caused a lot of inconvenience, especially at night. When others were sleeping, we couldn’t turn on the bedside lamps without disturbing them, so we had to move around the room in the dark. At one point I almost fell while trying to find my way around. It was disappointing that such a simple issue was not addressed despite multiple requests. I hope the hotel management can look into this and consider providing some compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Check in was a nightmare as we werent aware or prepared for a $100 incidental fee. When we got to the first room it smelled of smoke. We called and complained and were moved to a different room that did not smell, however, the bathtub filled all the way woth water and we were unable to shower as it wouldnt drain. The outlet in the bathroom didnt work. The toilet seat was broken and we had to unclog the bathroom sink with a plastic fork.

A big disappointment! Very dirty and very much not maintained. Door to room had a gap on the lower half of the door where we could see through to the hallway, or possibly vise versa. Breakfast was a minimal as they could put out so they could say that breakfast was included. That shouldn't be allowed. Two very small double beds that were really too small for two people but my wife wouldn't sleep in the other one because she was scared. Do not recommend.

Ok room, so many broken things

The room overall was good for the price and was fine for a nights stay. It was comfortable and clean. We might have had bad luck with the room though. The TV didn't change from the channel it turned on to. The front office person tried everything they could think of to get it to work, so I would consider the service to be good even though it was not able to be fixed and we were stuck watching college football (not even our teams). However, the toilet ran all night, there looked to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the bathroom fan didn't work. The walls were pretty thin as well. We could hear the people above us walking around, the people in the hallway, and the people next door talking.
