But our visit exceeded expectations. The apartment was comfortable and the open floor plan made it feel spacious for the size. Our host, Richard, was gracious and inviting. We were within walking distance of several restaurants. We liked the takeout from Kismets. The property was as advertised- plenty of room for our family of 6\. Comfortable dining and living room spaces. Beds were comfortable and seemed new. The kitchen was well stocked including snacks and drinks which was a nice surprise. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful details throughout that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It was also very close to the University. Communication with the host was seamless—she was quick to respond and very accommodating. It’s clear that a lot of care went into setting the space up for guests, and we truly appreciated all the little touches. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! ##### Vanessa J. The house was well stocked with basic needs/supplies but had extras too, including snacks, which was helpful with three kids. The home was very clean and free of clutter and decorated beautifully. Communication was easy and owner was quick to respond to questions. Plenty of off street parking was nice. I would absolutely rent this property again if the need arose.
