Walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and even went to a play at the local theater. Plus for you antique lovers…..there is an incredible antique coop over on 2nd. My husband and I were visiting the area for a little over a week, and we simply couldn't be more pleased with our stay. :) Let me begin by saying that the photos of the property don't do it justice; I think I must have said "oh, this is so beautiful" a dozen times in the first half hour I was there. Every thing just "fit" together so well--the color scheme, the feel, the luscious fabrics. I'm an avid home cook, and we planned to do some "dining in" during our stay, and I was so pleasantly surprised every time I wondered whether a particular kitchen tool would be present and found that it WAS (we particularly enjoyed having herbes de Provence from the spice rack on our scrambled eggs one morning!). The property is super-safe with electronic locks; the reserved parking space for the unit was only steps away from the door; the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. The host was super-attentive to all our communications and the whole booking process was top-notch from beginning to end. We enjoyed the proximity to Corvallis, and the ability to walk to the Albany farmer's market on Saturday morning; the blueberries, cherries, and strawberries were amazing and I'm spoiled forever for grocery-store versions. :) We are looking forward to future visits to the area, and we'd definitely stay at this property again.
