"We booked three rooms at the resort for a delightful family long weekend getaway. We arrived bright and early at 11 am, and to our pleasant surprise, two of our rooms were already prepared for us. This allowed us to check in early without any additional fees, which was a wonderful start to our stay.
Upon settling in, we encountered a minor inconvenience, but the staff was quick to address it, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill, they generously provided us with nine complimentary breakfast vouchers, which turned out to be an excellent perk!
The resort is truly family-oriented, offering a plethora of amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. While the adults were able to unwind at various spots around the property, the kids were in their element, playing happily on the expansive playground and splashing around in the two outdoor pools, as well as the indoor pool.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff was not only friendly but consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had access to fresh towels near the pools and in the sauna areas. Their attentiveness made our experience even more enjoyable.
Additionally, the location of the resort is remarkably convenient, situated right next to bustling shopping areas and a market basket, which made it easy for us to pick up essentials during our stay.
Overall, we had an unforgettable time. We can not wait to visit again soon! Thank YOU!"
"Nice location the pool was excellent. most of staff was very nice. I booked throurgh expedia and you could not choose joining rooms. We called the hotel and they said the rooms were joined togeher but when we got there they were on the same floor but not together your staff said they could not swith it because we booked through expedia. I didnt want to use expedia but everytime I called your hotel to book it went to answering machine "

"This stay away from home was stunning! The unit is newly renovated and not a single detail was left out. From beautiful plates and cups from The Pottery Barn, to exquisite linens and bath towels..this home has it all. We came for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The lower level is its own apartment, complete with queen bed, 2 piece main bathroom (with a 4 person jacuzzi bathtub), and a multi purpose living room with another bed, sofa, kitchen table/chairs and kitchenette. A washer/dryer combo rounds out the amenities on JUST the bottom floor! The kitchen has beautiful stainless appliances, and one of the most beautiful kitchen cabinetry pieces I have ever seen (in any home), outfitted with a custom beverage fridge. Sarah is the owner and was wonderful to deal with. She gave me detailed instructions on all things condo and resort wise. The location is beautiful. Sarah, I can’t wait to vacation next year with you again! "
