Newly renovated (March 2023) with all the comforts of a modern home and designed sustainably with aerothermal climate control, it is located in Albanchez de Mágina, Sierra Mágina in the province of Jaén. It is a typical Andalusian house with a white façade and 2 floors: On the ground floor are the kitchen and an open-concept living room with a 55-inch smart TV and wood stove. This space provides access to the patio with a barbecue and a pool with views of the mountains. Additionally, the ground floor features a pantry with a laundry room and a toilet.
On the first floor, there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms available in the house, all with en-suite bathrooms; the attic houses the 4th bedroom, another living area with a sofa bed, a library area, board games, a 55-inch smart TV, and a terrace with views of the Castle of Albanchez.
The house is equipped with a full kitchen, complete with necessary tableware and all appliances. For our guests, a hairdryer, iron, and of course bed and bath linens are available.
This house is designed for our guests to enjoy and relax in a peaceful environment.
The access road to the house is completely paved, providing comfortable and safe access from the main road.
