They have 2 double bedrooms with one full bathroom, air conditioning and large windows with wonderfull sea views. The common areas are unique and include a large space with a lounge. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. The villa has Wi-Fi Internet access. The 3 villas offers privacy and exclusivity for its guests, where guests can enjoy stunning sunsets from the terrace. Outside there is a large community pool, sun terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views. The complex is located 600 meters from the Son Bou Shopping Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants and bars. 800 meters from Son Bou Beach. Pets - not allowed DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION \-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella. \-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over. \-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction. \-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit. \-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou. \-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout. \-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into \`Calle Bellamirada´. \-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor. Location is excellent, you can watch the sunset from the terrace (on side of an hill), there’s a great bakery and grocery shop 5 minute walk away, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Pool is shared with two other apartments but we mostly had it to ourselves whenever we used it. The air con worked fine and was quiet as the unit is outside. There’s a washing machine outside and an outdoor shower, but it was dripping (reported it), and very slippery around it when wet. ##### Gabor T.
