Beautiful finca near Alaior with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Set in an idyllic natural landscape, it features a large pool and total privacy. Its central location makes it the perfect base for exploring the entire island. Ideal for large groups seeking a peaceful, authentic Menorcan retreat.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
The villa is located in the outskirts of the village of Alaior where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, shops or simply some nice streets to stroll around.
It is only 8 km from the beach of Son Bou, the longest white sandy beach of the Balearic Islands (2,5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas of the island has developed along it. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
We recommend a visit to the Santa Ponça quarry (3 km). You can buy authentic Menorcan artisan cheese at S`Arangí de Mercadal or at Quesos Binillubet.
