VILLA ORQUÍDEA hará de tu estancia en Menorca unas vacaciones maravillosas.
A escasos minutos andando de la playa y con espectaculares vistas al mar, esta moderna villa de diseño minimalista, dispone de dos piscinas, exterior e interior, cada una con su respectivo Jacuzzi integrado.
La zona exterior está totalmente equipada para disfrutar de la vida al aire libre, incluida una barbacoa de obra.
En la playa se puede realizar, buceo, snorkel, patin o windsurf.
Las impresionantes vistas al mar desde la propia cama, las calidades y modernidad de la casa, y el lujo de disponer de un pequeño SPA, con piscina y jacuzzi climatizados para disfrutarlos en cualquier época del año, hacen de esta villa una magnífica elección sea cual sea la estación elegida para visitar Menorca.
La calefacción por suelo radiante y el aire acondicionado por conductos garantizan el confort perfecto en cualquier estación.
Hay un supermercado, un restaurante-pizzeria, una panadería y el Doctor a solo 1 minuto caminando, el resto de pubs, restaurantes y farmacia a 5 minutos de camino a la playa.
La planta principal de esta villa se compone de una espléndida cocina independiente, un amplio salón comedor y una espectacular terraza con vistas a la piscina y al mar. También dos habitaciones dobles con su respectivo armario empotrado, además de un baño completo.
En la primera planta se encuentran una amplia suite de matrimonio con su baño completo, con bañera y ducha, otra espectacular terraza para chillout, leer o cenar y otra habitación con dos camas y un baño completo.
En la planta de abajo, cuenta con una habitación doble y su respectivo armario, además de un baño completo y una increíble piscina interior con jacuzzi.
Servicio de Keyholding con recibimiento personalizado y Wellcome Pack o llaves en Key Box y Wellcome Pack según preferencia de los huéspedes.
Son Bou, con su playa de 2 km de arena blanca y fina es la más larga de Menorca. Combina un turismo familiar con zonas de especial protección natural, así la playa hacia Poniente es virgen, no estando urbanizada, mientras que al Este, tiene todos los chiringuitos y servicios de una playa turística. Son Bou es uno de los mejores resorts turísticos de la isla, con restaurantes, pubs, doctor, farmacia y supermercados.
El coche se puede aparcar dentro de la propia parcela, igualmente en la calle el parking es gratuito y siempre disponible. Hay autobús que conecta Son Bou con el resto de poblaciones de la isla.
