Wake up to direct beach views in this charming, newly redecorated house just 100m from the sand. Perfect for beach lovers, it offers a sunny terrace with BBQ. Inside, enjoy 2 bedrooms and AC in the living room and main bedroom for your comfort.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Calan Porter is a perfect tourist area for holidays with family or friends. It has all the services and entertainment. Very close to Mahon, the capital of the island, where you can stroll through its streets of typical 19th century bourgeois character, go shopping, eat in one of its many restaurants, or simply get stunned with its impressive port.

Great location, apartment on the small side

We loved the location, a few steps away from a lively and pretty beach. The large balcony provides a nice view. Property management 3Villas was perfect. The apartment itself was rather small - just big enough for two adults or a family with small children I would say. It also could do with a little renovation and the beds were rock hard. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would consider to go back.
