"Guests are a priority. They are linked to cruise ships and providing top notch service to those using the hotel as a part of their travel plans. I was at the hotel for one night with my family, no cruise. Great stay for one night. The only downside was no food for guests arriving after 8:00pm or so. The suggested pizza place was a 45 min delivery window and not in a great area to walk to. If you don't have a car there really isn't anything nearby to grab a bit to eat unless you use Door Dash or a food delivery service. "

"The hand soap pump doesn't work or is empty. The air conditioner is noisy because the front panel is loose and vibrates"

"We very much enjoyed our stay here! Room was very spacious and clean. No breakfast is provided but their restaurant has delicious food at reasonable prices. Location is very convenient if you are booking a cruise which is directly across the street! Highly recommend!"

"Yolanda was the lady at the front desk and when went to our room and found the shower not cleaned, she apologized and upgraded our room with easy. Sheri, one of the cleaning staff also apologized and stopped by our room a couple of times to make sure that everything was okay. She also pointed us to a couple of great dining restaurants."

"Very newly remodeled (I suppose since the change from to Wildburch) which is nice. Clean and modern. This hotel is "long" which means if you are at the east end you are walking a long ways, just heads up. The coffee shop was nice and convenient. We felt safe in the area, the staff were friendly and attentive. We would stay here again."
