Villa Ses Costes is a beautiful property that combines rustic and modern style located in a tranquil setting on the outskirts of Alaró, a charming village situated in a peaceful valley in the south of the Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca.



Villa Ses Costes is located on a sloping plot with abundant vegetation, which is why it is distributed across two separate houses connected by stairs. Climbing the first staircase, you will find the first house that consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room and kitchen, you can access a large covered terrace with a dining table from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.



Climbing another staircase, we arrive at the second house which is distributed over two levels: on the first level is the main bedroom with a King size bed and its private bathroom (shower with washbasin and a separate WC). This room communicates via the exterior staircase with the part that highlights this beautiful property the most: a large terrace with a swimming pool, a pergola where six sun loungers can fit so that they can be in the shade during the hottest and sunniest hours of the day, a dining table from where you can enjoy unbeatable views of the Alaró peaks and nature. Also, there is a small house with a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV, a breakfast bar with stools, and a kitchen equipped with a barbecue and everything necessary for cooking. The television can be turned to be viewed from the terrace and the pool area.



Villa Ses Costes is completely renovated and combines modern style with rustic charm. The property is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning in the living room of the first house and the three bedrooms, ceiling fans in the upstairs cottage, both kitchens with appliances, crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, etc., sheets and towels and much more.



Villa Ses Costes is located just 5 minutes by car from Alaró, a multicultural village with a vibrant atmosphere very popular among cyclists and hikers. The main square of the village with several cafés and bars with terraces is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Exploring the narrow streets around the main square is a good plan for all tastes. The nearest sandy beaches are Alcudia Beach and Muro Beach, famous for their fine sand and highly recommended for both young people and families with small children, located about 30 minutes by car.
