"The Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket is in a central location and has a shopping mall connected via the 2nd floor. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. I want to call out the breakfast staff as I had a few tours arranged and they allowed me to start eating early so I didn't miss out on breakfast. They also asked the next day how the tours went which was unexpected and shows they take customer service seriously. Please pass on my thanks. I will definitely to this hotel again when travelling to New Delhi. "

"Clean rooms"

"I stayed for an evening meal. I had the à la carte menu and had mango vegetarian curry. It was excellent. The gardens were splendid and I spent some time watching the green parrots flying around. It was a pleasure. I cannot fill this hotel. It was quite expensive but I expect this is to be expected for the quality and being in New Delhi it was about half an hour ride from the airport."

"Upon arrival at the hotel, as soon as we pulled over so that I can get out of the car, the front staff banged on my drivers door and asked him to move away from the entrance. This was because apparently a VIP was needing to get in their car. The staff didn’t bother to recognise the inconvenience caused and the second class treatment. I am sure Accor hotels don’t have this kind of standard and it’s only to be seen in India. So unfortunate but I will not be using or recommending this kind of guest service to anyone. Hotel staff failed to adhere to consistent client service."

"Good stay"

"when I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me, when in fact I already paid for it even in advance so at midnight I had to go somewhere else. I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away!"

"I think we found the best place to stay in Delhi and it was nice easy! The villa is beautiful, nice, clean room and bathroom, the staff are kind and helpful, great and safe location, delicious breakfast! What more could you ask for! You won't regret staying at villa 33!"

"Acceptable "

"The room was clean, however bathrooms were quite small. The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, at check in, the staff member who helped us said breakfast was not included, despite my family and I having paid extra for breakfast to be included when we booked. Then a female staff member told him to add breakfast to our package, she was very nice. Ayush is a very hard worker and had great customer service skills. Overall it was a great stay. "
