"The staff was super nice. Had some trouble at check in, I booked the reservation thru Expedia, they couldn’t find me in the system. Had to do some digging, but they got it sorted out just fine. Breakfast was a solid b , room was clean and quiet. "

"The in-room fridge wasn't working well. Maybe it was left open before we came. The shower water pressure was also pretty bad. The room was clean and everything else was working though. Bed was good. The complementary breakfast was great. Probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The evening snacks with free drinks was also great. Really nice hotel overall. "

"Service was good, lobby was nice. Furnishings and trim in the room were worn; there was something sticky on one of the tables so was not properly cleaned. The curtain rod in the shower was sagging downwards which caused the curtain to also want to sag towards the middle. Pool are was clean and well maintained. Beds firm and very comfortable; air conditioner worked well. Overall a pleasant stay though the room could use some renovation."
