The best hotel ever!! Never felt so welcome. The room was immaculate, well-maintained and comfortable. The staff ensured that outstanding service was provided throughout the stay, handling everything professionally and efficiently. The staff were also extremely accommodating always meeting our needs to the highest of standards. The location of the hotel was remarkable, with easy access to the beach and a huge selection of restaurants. A huge thank you to Khadija, Peter, Nura, Lloyd, Safran,...

(+) all is great (location, facilities, service, ...) (-)valet is crowded sometimes, and they didn't give us the room directly when we arrived at 2:30 pm (they said check in is at 3)

Absolutely brilliant hotel

Lovely room and great views. The biggest balcony we have ever had.

Great Hotel excellent staff, amazing location with direct access to Doha Central Mall

Great staff and very large rooms. A little bit cold inside though in the winter.

Patrick was really helpful as he helped us with our food orders and he was very welcoming and caring. One of the best staff members who was easy to communicate with and very hardworking. I am pleased to say that this hotel is one of the best I’ve been to so far and I recommend it to everyone. Breakfast staff were amazing and were very welcoming and asked if we needed anything and assured if everything was good.

Staff were extremely hospitable, polite and helpful. I arrived at 5am and was greeted with courtesy and a room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless and felt like home. Housekeeping staff especially were highly attentive and prompt. This hotel exceeded my expectations both in terms of service and location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Clean with excellent staff and service. Nice rooms. Big breakfast area , with good rooftop pool. Very well located for airport access and anywhere in Doha, particularly the museums and Souk Waqif.
