I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

If you come from the west, it is and seems very minimalistic. It's noisy. Be prepared to wake at 520 every morning. But i would not trade my experience there for anything. I will miss all of the employees there as of 1/11/26. Love, Nadiyya

1- the transportation prices that the hotel offers are higher than what you find independently.

The staff were all amazing, always smiling and welcoming. The cleanliness of this place is unmatched, really spotless! We had the royal room and it was phenomenal with a great view of the Pyramids. I’ll be back soon! 10/10!
