Very very disappointing….
"Frankly I am telling this is one of my worst trip ever. When I go to the hotel they are saying rooms are full,my booking was confirmed from you. They were not accepting the confirmation. Reasonable and relatively cheap
"This hotel is reasonable value for money. However, neither the fridge nor TV worked, and the AC was stuck on warm air (this being winter) and couldn't be turned off because the remote didn’t work.
