A very modern and clean hotel. All sites of interest to us were in easy walking distance of the hotel. Many open spaces and brilliant views of the fjord from the bedroom window. A short 15 minute walk to the harbour and then caught a boat to see whales (we saw three species). Also an easy walk to the church, high street and old town.

Inexpensive, but the sound proofing of the room was very bad, people checking in at 3.30 am woke us up and we heard every single one coming and going. The bad was not great and the pillows aweful. The breakfast was very nice.

Comfortable beds. Good location near the city center and next to the swimming pool. Too few showers in the common areas. The last floor, for example, has only 1 shower and 2 WCs for 10 rooms (some of which are triple rooms) which is more than insufficient at busy times (morning, evening).

Great hotel! Clean and quiet. Free parking. They do serve breakfast for 3,400 isk per person and they have a dinner buffet for 8,900 isk per person. We thought this was a bit expensive but if you want food right there that’s an option. Would recommend booking a stay !

Amazing Location, very convenient

Nice modern and clean hotel. It’s almost a suite with microwave and a fridge. Very spacious. Most of all, the location is very convenient. A few minutes walk to the church, botanical garden, and downtown. No need to drive to go to downtown.

Had everything I needed and the price was fantastic. There is no soundproofing so it really comes down to luck as to who the other guests are. I was lucky in that the floor was quiet but I can see how it could get loud. Everything was super clean and the room was comfortable. No frills and cheap and thats exactly what I was looking for.

Basic hotel with a large parking lot. Our hotel room was in front of the hotel's garbage, the sounds of music carried into the room right from the morning. Also sounds of the corridor could also be heard clearly in the room. We dont take breakfast because it cost too much. Otherwise, a good clean hotel.
