This is a small basement apartment. This unit did not look anything like the photos. It is a very cramped basement apartment. It had a lot of room, and the couch was very comfortable. The kitchen is big and has a stove and oven, which was very nice! The only complaint is that the room only had a washer, but no dryer. So, we had to hang our clothes on a towel dryer in the bathroom. It wasn't perfect, but it worked. Clean and tidy. Great location. Good instructions on how to get into the unit. Bed was very comfortable. It would have been helpful if there were instructions left for washing and drying clothes, because the apartment description said washer/dryer, but it turns out it was just a washing machine; though the hot towel rack did dry the clothes very quickly, it could not accommodate the same amount of clothes that we actually had in the washer. The location is quiet and close to everything including the harbour. The only issue I had was the security keybox system.
