King & queen beds, hypoallergenic bedding, on point décor, Smart TV's, WIFI, separate office, fully outfitted kitchen, outdoor grill/table. 5 min to Sterling, Timberlodge & Akron Acres wedding venues, 10 min to I-90, central to Buffalo Airport, downtown Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Letchworth, Six Flags Darien, skiing, golf! Shops, bike path & Akron Falls Park are within walking! SEE MY GUIDEBOOK!
