Oto, who was at the front desk, was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. He explained everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable right away. I stayed for the weekend (2 nights) and booked a family room. The room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and the cleaning lady was extremely kind and helpful. The indoor pool was warm and clean. There was also a jacuzzi, small but very clean and my kids absolutely loved it. I also used the sauna and steam room and really enjoyed both; everything was clean and comfortable. One restaurant was open during our stay, and the food was very good. The staff there were pleasant, friendly, and professional. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. I was able to relax and had a wonderful time.
