Rashideya Ladies Park

Firstly, this was a fantastic, large apartment in a brilliant location, with direct access to the Marina. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very functional, with all the facilities you’d need. The only issue was that it was just a little bare and really didn’t feel welcoming. It was a big space but with little character. It had a good sized kitchen with everything you’d expect including a washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Coffee capsules and bottled water provided every day which was a nice touch. Decent bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a large sink area. The bedroom was very large with plenty of wardrobe space, and an ironing board with iron. The bedroom also had a work desk and chair which were pretty comfy to work at. The living/dining area was also very large with a settee and large chair in front of the TV, and a dining table and chairs. One rather frustrating issue (the only one really) is the very few electrical sockets available in the whole apartment. The living/dining area doesn’t have a single socket anywhere! There are a couple of blanking plates where sockets appear to have been removed. This means you can’t work at the large table with a laptop if it needs a charger, and can’t even charge a phone in the living room. There are a couple of single sockets in the bedroom, and one at the desk, but that’s it. The kitchen has two sockets for the electrical appliances. Very odd!
