La résidence Maxime où se situe le bien est flanquée de deux plages décevantes ; mélange de gravier grossier, de morceaux de béton et de fers (danger de blessure) en provenance de l’extension en cours de l’immeuble qui rejette ses gravois liés à la construction. La grande baie vitrée qui donne sur la mer permet de suivre le parcours de la lune les nuits de beau temps. Il est parfaitement situé pour les personnes qui aiment nager mais, pour une personne débutante en nage il est un peu moins approprié....Une caractéristique spécifique qui le rend UNIQUE EN SON GENRE est qu'il est situé en contrebas de l'avenue qui longe la mer. De ce fait on y est complètement à l'abri des bruits du traffic routier. Enfin, au moindre problème pendant le séjour on est chaleureusement secouru....Mille mercis ##### Michel C. Les draps, les serviettes,la nappe , sont fournie façon hôtel 4 \* Je me permet de revenir sur un commentaire précédent 3\* qui a faillit m'induire en erreur, le canapé est vraiment un vrai lit simple en 90 de large, le passage le soir ne sont que des enfants qui ont entre 4 et 10 ans et qui jouent sur la pelouse devant la mer, de plus si on ferme la chambre pour de l'intimité on ne voit plus la mer Effectivement il me semble difficile pour le propriétaire dans sa description de dire que les câlins doivent être discret sinon on réveille le petit qui dort a proximité.... Quand on est 3 ou 4 et que la priorité est l'ambiance de la grande bleu on fait des câlins discrets ou on choisis un appartement plus spacieux moins bien placé et plus cher ! Je finirai par dire que vous allez payer le même prix qu'un bungalow au camping en normandie en bord de mer.... Mais il faut changer la description, car la chambre n'est pas séparée du tout (grande pièce à vivre avec lit dans une alcôve). Ce n'est donc pas adapté avec un petit enfant, contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire. Le canapé ne fait pas lit comme on pourrait le croire, et un petit matelas à mettre au sol nous a été fourni. Donc déception d'où ma note. Sinon cuisine haute gamme, belle salle de bain, et bon accueil par Karl. Cela manque d'intimité car beaucoup de passage le soir devant les baies vitrées. What else ? L'appartement est au top, hyper propre et hyper équipé ... et climatisé. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins. Des vacances parfaites dans un appartement idéalement situé. La résidence est calme et propose un accès mer privé. Une vue fabuleuse dont on ne sa lasse pas....encore plus belle que sur les photos. Meublé avec beaucoup de goût et dans des materiaux de qualité. Très bien équipé! Il ne manque vraiment rien dans cet appartement. Les propriétaires (d'une très grande gentillesse) avaient même tout préparé pour accueillir notre bébé de 2 ans: lit parapluie, linge de bébé et même jeux de plage...Bref, un séjour parfait que nous ne sommes pas prêt d'oublier. Très bel appartement au désign soigné et très bien équipé, situé idéalement (petites plages au pied de la résidence plus grandes à 100 métres). nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et profité des meilleures adresses grace aux très bons conseils du propriétaire qui n'a qu un objectif : que vous passiez d'excellentes vacances; objectif plus que réussi. nous reviendrons très vite, dès que possible. La vue sur les sanguinaires digne de carte postale. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et propriétaire attentif au confort et bien être. Semaine agréable même fin avril avec une corse fleurie. Du soleil, un emplacement privilégié au bord de l'eau, et surtout, un appartement de grand confort, superbement équipé. Bref, tout pour plaire... Malheureusement, un douloureux problème familial vint interrompre ce séjour de rêve, et ces tristes circonstances nous ont permis d'apprécier les grandes qualités de coeur du propriétaire. Une fois encore, nous le remercions chaleureusement pour ses conseils, sa disponibilité, son aide matérielle et son soutien moral, même après notre retour dans le Nord.
