"The room seemed very dark and at least one of the curtains were broken. One of the female staff at breakfast could be rather abrupt. All the other staff were most helpful and friendly."

"Not very often you get to stay in a fabulous Hotel found within castle walls in a medieval city built some +800 years ago. An amazing experience for my daughter and I made all that more special due to five star service and extraordinary dining and amenities. Highly recommended."
