A fully independent apartment belonging to the villa owners, located in a quiet, shaded setting (with centuries-old oak trees). It features a patio and a private garden. The apartment consists of a large living room illuminated by a large bay window and a kitchen open to the living room. The bedroom features a double bed (160 wide). Shower with showerhead, sink, hair dryer, and plenty of storage space. Separate bathrooms.<br>The private garden offers an oasis of tranquility with greenery and a view of the kitchen garden.<br>The pool (5x10m) is shared with us, the owners; we rarely swim there out of respect for your privacy, and there are no time restrictions.<br>The pool area is shaded by ancient oak trees; the beaches are sunny and feature comfortable lounge chairs.<br>Located 4 km north of the city centre is the Les Platanes farmhouse. A bus runs every 30 minutes to the city centre. From the house, you can take lovely walks in the Aix countryside. Shops are within walking distance (bakery, newsstand, and restaurant). A private pool is available for shared use with the owners. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.<br>The picturesque villages of the Luberon are easily accessible, and the sea is not far away. For children, there’s tree climbing in Aix, a lovely zoo 20 kilometres away, and an amusement park 20 kilometres away. You can also stay in the garden and relax in the shade of the oak trees.<br>
