The atypical configuration of this accommodation plays with volumes and split levels, in a cosy loft style. Ideally located a stone's throw from the town hall square, it is a perfect pied-à-terre for enjoying the city centre: shops, market, bars, museums, everything is within walking distance! Our 56m² accommodation consists of: \- a living room with a sofa bed, a bar counter, a piano and a guitar for artists \- a fully equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine \- a bedroom with a double bed \- a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets while preparing your dinner with the plancha grill provided \- the air conditioning is only in the living room, there is a fan in the bedroom Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed): \- Washing powder and cleaning products \- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel \- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person) \- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Note for the elderly or families with young children: the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift. Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee. A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival.
